1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Saucier ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by HAYi LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of Service

Saucier is an AI-powered cooking assistant that helps you create recipes, answer cooking questions, manage a recipe collection, and generate shopping lists. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recipes, which are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. Account and Authentication

You must sign in using Sign in with Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Saucier offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Saucier Pro") managed entirely through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. AI-Generated Content

Recipes, cooking advice, and other content generated by Saucier's AI are provided as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

• Always use your own judgment when cooking, especially regarding food safety, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
• AI-generated recipes have not been individually tested or verified.
• Saucier is not a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its underlying services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by HAYi LLC. You retain rights in content you submit to the App. To the extent permitted by law, you may use recipes and content generated for you by the App for your personal use.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or permanently delete your account at any time via the App's Settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAYi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from reliance on AI-generated cooking advice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
